Leaky's Plumbing & HVAC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Service & Repair Plumber who is a go-getter and wants to make money!
We're not looking for somebody who just wants to show up and collect a paycheck. We want somebody who takes pride in their work, knows how to solve problems, takes care of customers, and wants to be successful.
We've built a strong customer base in Lubbock and San Antonio, and we're expanding into Midland/Odessa. We're looking for the right people to grow with us.
If you're a good plumber, work hard, and know how to take care of customers, there's no reason you shouldn't be making great money.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running residential and commercial plumbing service calls
- Diagnosing leaks, stoppages, water heater problems, and other plumbing issues
- Repairing water heaters, drains, fixtures, water lines, sewer lines, and gas lines
- Installing water softeners and other water quality products
- Presenting customers with repair options and estimates
- Completing jobs efficiently and professionally
- Keeping your service truck clean, stocked, and organized
- Taking care of customers and building relationships
- Helping us continue to grow our plumbing business
What We're Looking For
- Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License
- A strong work ethic and a desire to make money
- A winner who wants to grow with a growing company
- Experience in residential and commercial service plumbing
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Someone comfortable working independently
- Someone who takes ownership of their work
