What you will do:
The night receptor is responsible for answering the main PBX. Pagining physicians and other authorized personnel and maintaining watch of all hospital alarms. Responsible for greeting and recepting all ED patients who enter via the lobby. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Provides excellent customer services to patients, customers and visitors.
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Computer keyboarding, medical terminology

Required Experience:
At least 6 months of previous customer service experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
