This is a long-established general contractor that provides construction and project management services across multiple sectors. It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity
Job Description
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates for multifamily developments.
- Conduct detailed pricing analyses for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work to produce accurate and competitive proposals.
- Partner with project managers and clients to ensure budgets align with project scope, objectives, and schedules.
- Utilize historical project data, industry benchmarks, and market conditions to enhance estimating accuracy and optimize future bids.
- Prepare and present budget reports, estimates, and bid packages to company leadership and key stakeholders for review, approval, and contract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrating extensive experience estimating for complex multifamily construction projects.
- Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
- Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
- Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
- Open to travel across Texas when needed
