Job Description
- Review multifamily project drawings, specifications, and construction documents to develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
- Assess labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive budgets and bids for multifamily developments.
- Partner with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.
- Utilize historical project data, market conditions, and industry trends to improve estimating accuracy and support effective preconstruction planning.
- Prepare and present budgets, estimates, and pricing proposals to company leadership and stakeholders for review, approval, and negotiation.

The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience preparing hard bid estimates for multifamily construction projects, including ground-up developments and large-scale residential communities.
- Strong analytical abilities to review plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules to develop accurate project pricing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside owners, developers, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Proficient in construction estimating software and industry tools used for budgeting, takeoffs, and bid preparation.
- Proven track record of delivering precise, competitive estimates that support project goals and contribute to successful project awards.
- Open to occasional travel in Texas
