Job Description
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
- Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids.
- Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules.
- Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting.
- Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience preparing estimates for multifamily construction projects.
- Strong ability to analyze drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules to develop accurate project estimates.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Proficient in industry-standard estimating software and construction cost management tools.
- Demonstrated success in developing reliable and competitive estimates that support project goals and profitability.
- Willing to travel throughout Texas on an as-needed basis.
