You’ll be the welcoming face and steady presence at our front desk, helping residents, families, and visitors feel safe and well cared for. What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, and give friendly, professional customer service
• Answer and route phone calls, greet guests, and respond to resident requests
• Schedule and coordinate resident transportation and appointments
• Help with front desk administrative tasks such as logs, messages, and records
• Pass information between residents and staff so the building stays welcoming, organized, and secure

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reliable and comfortable working overnight weekend hours
• Professional, patient, and caring manner
