Overview

Polk Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Service Field Supervisor – Projects to execute hands-on leadership for our Dallas/Ft. Worth Service Department, reporting to the HVAC Service Manager. This role is ideal for a servant leader who is excited about helping a team grow and fostering a culture of inclusiveness.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and manage field service staff
• Serve as working supervisor and front-line technical advisor to service technicians and customers
• Maintain safety and productivity and ensure technicians are meeting customer requirements
• Facilitate compliance and maintain a culture focused on customer satisfaction
• Ensure field technicians build relationships based on confidence and success for customers for life

• Strong interpersonal skills and adeptness at employee relations
• Ability to handle the pace of a fast-paced environment with an advanced sense of urgency while maintaining an employee-focused culture
• Active listener, servant leader, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and process implementation skills
