Job Summary

If you're the type of person who builds computers for fun, enjoys solving difficult technical problems, and wants to help build AI infrastructure at a scale most people never get to experience, we'd love to hear from you.

We're building next-generation AI compute technology designed to support large-scale GPU clusters, advanced liquid cooling systems, and high-density electrical infrastructure. This is not a typical warehouse or maintenance position—you'll work alongside engineers building the physical infrastructure that powers modern artificial intelligence.

Every week presents something different. One day you may be wiring three-phase electrical equipment, the next installing liquid cooling systems, assembling GPU racks, fabricating mechanical components, commissioning servers, or troubleshooting networking equipment.

If you enjoy solving difficult technical problems and building things that very few people ever get to work on, we'd like to meet you. We hire for attitude, curiosity, and problem-solving ability. If you don't meet every qualification but are passionate about building advanced technology, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Assist with construction of high-performance AI compute infrastructure

  • Install and assemble electrical distribution equipment (208V/480V three-phase)

  • Route conduit, pull wire, terminate cables, and install panels under engineering guidance

  • Assemble and modify server racks and mechanical structures

  • Install liquid cooling equipment, pumps, heat exchangers, hoses, and fittings

  • Build and cable GPU servers and networking equipment

  • Commission, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems

  • Read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and engineering documentation

  • Operate forklifts, lifts, and shop equipment safely

  • Maintain organized inventory and documentation

  • Support prototype development and continuous improvement projects

  • Perform hardware bring-up, diagnostics, and commissioning of GPU servers and supporting infrastructure

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience preferred
