Job Description

• Lead all daily field operations for ground-up light industrial projects
• Manage projects from site mobilization through punch list and final completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and field activities
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules and look-ahead plans
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain overall project schedules
• Monitor construction progress and proactively identify potential schedule challenges
• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, quality, cleanliness, and organization
• Review plans and specifications to ensure work is completed according to project requirements
• Conduct subcontractor coordination and progress meetings
• Coordinate inspections with municipalities and other applicable authorities
• Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation
• Manage punch lists and ensure timely project closeout
• Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Light Industrial should have:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience working as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
• Strong ground-up light industrial, warehouse, flex, or similar commercial construction experience
• Experience managing projects from sitework and foundations through vertical construction and closeout
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and sequencing
• Ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractor scopes simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain project schedules while protecting quality and safety
• Established knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth construction market is highly preferred
