Job Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues proactively.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for project accuracy.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.

• Extensive experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of mixed commercial, healthcare, education, and tilt wall construction.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.
