Job Description
Reporting into preconstruction leadership, the Estimator will be responsible for driving the estimating process from initial concept through bid submission.
- Prepare detailed estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate pricing
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
- Develop budgets, quantity takeoffs, and conceptual estimates
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
- Partner with project management and operations teams during preconstruction
- Support client presentations and bid submissions

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction
- Experience with ground-up projects required
- Exposure to light industrial, tilt-wall, warehouse, distribution, or office construction preferred
- Strong understanding of construction costs, scheduling, and sequencing
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
- Proficiency with industry estimating software and Microsoft Office
