Republican Jobs is leading the search for an Entry-Level Litigation Associate to join a growing law firm in the Austin area. This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed attorney who has passed the Texas Bar and is seeking hands-on litigation experience with firm-provided training and mentorship. Salary: Up to $100,000 DOE + 100% employer-paid medical insurance and additional benefits.
Assist with all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior attorneys.
Support case strategy development and trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
Participate in hearings, depositions, and litigation proceedings.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active Texas bar license in good standing required.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively.
New graduates encouraged to apply; firm provides training.
