Job Description

• Direct and oversee on-site construction activities for mixed-use projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers to review plans, specifications, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mixed Use Construction Superintendent should have:

5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor

Ground-up commercial construction experience required

Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project schedules

Proficiency with construction technology and reporting tools preferred
