Job Description
- Assist in managing ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation
- Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain project documentation and reporting across all phases

The Successful Applicant
- 3-7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Exposure to light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or similar project types preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel full-time to project sites
What's on Offer
- Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000.
- Truck allowance + gas card.
- $1,150/week per diem.
