Job Description

• Supervise daily operations on multi-family and mixed-use construction sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and report on cost control measures.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multi-Family & Mixed Use Construction Superintendent should have:

10+ years of construction experience with a strong background in multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or large commercial projects

Proven experience leading projects from start to finish as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades simultaneously

Track record of delivering high-quality projects safely and successfully
