Job Description

The Superintendent will report to operational leadership and be responsible for leading field operations on commercial interior construction projects.

• Manage all onsite construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
• Maintain project schedules and milestone completion dates
• Enforce safety and quality standards across all job sites
• Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve field issues
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within client expectations

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

• 2+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Required experience leading tenant improvement/interior build-out projects
• Experience on restaurant, retail, office, healthcare, or dental projects preferred
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management capabilities
• Ability to lead field teams and maintain project momentum
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented approach and strong cultural fit
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Stable employment history with consistent career progression
