About Our Client

Job Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and project quality.
• Enforce company safety standards and conduct regular jobsite safety meetings and inspections.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management and ownership teams.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work complies with contract documents and building codes.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce planning to support project milestones.
• Lead jobsite meetings, maintain project documentation, and foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience with construction projects in the property industry.
• Ground up commercial construction experience.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges.
• Technical knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials.
