Job Summary
Transportation and Facilities Department Candidate Pool
First Baptist School is accepting applications for future opportunities within our Transportation and Facilities Department. We are seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals who are committed to supporting our mission of providing Academic Excellence with a Christian Perspective through the safe operation, maintenance, and stewardship of our campuses and resources.
Positions within this department may include, but are not limited to:

- Bus Drivers
- Custodial Staff
- Groundskeepers
- Event Setup and Support Staff
Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing safe and reliable transportation for students and staff to and from school activities and events.
- Maintaining school buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Assisting with preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Supporting campus events through setup, breakdown, and logistical assistance.
- Monitoring and reporting safety concerns or facility issues.
- Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and families to support school operations.
- Demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and a willingness to assist in a variety of operational needs across campuses.
Qualifications:
- A commitment to the mission and values of First Baptist School.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with the position.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for transportation-related positions.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements may be required for certain transportation roles.
- Successful completion of background checks and any position-specific certifications or requirements.
