- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.

- Monitor project cash flow and assist in financial planning and analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

- Proven experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.

- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing, billing, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
