Gentis Solutions is looking for a Embedded System Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 105k/year - 135k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the York, PA area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on embedded systems experience across programming, testing, data acquisition, electronic systems, and PCB design
• Strong embedded C/C++ development experience for real-time applications
• Hands-on experience developing, debugging, and troubleshooting embedded systems on target hardware
• Experience with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems
• Hardware design experience, including electrical schematics, component datasheets, and PCB design using OrCAD
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Plusses

• PIC 8-bit/16-bit microcontroller or iMX93 system-on-module experience
• Linux-based real-time operating system experience
• SPI, I2C, Modbus, RS-422, RS-485, or CAN bus experience
• MATLAB, Python, or VBA experience
• Three-phase electrical systems experience
• Temperature or pressure transducer experience, including 0-10 V and 4-20 mA signals
