Job Description
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven commercial construction project management experience.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.

- Experience working directly with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
