As a Graeter’s Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily store operations, build and coach a talented team, and help drive sales through strong merchandising, local marketing, and engaging promotional activities. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Retail and/or food service background with at least 2 years in a supervisor, manager, or leadership role overseeing a team of 5 or more people. Math and communication skills: Ability to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages, and related information. Must be able to read and follow instructions, write professional reports and memos, and speak confidently in front of a group. Education: High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and 5–7 years of supervisory experience. Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., move supplies and equipment around the store and in and out of vehicles, and stand for extended periods of 8+ hours.
