Job Description
- Oversee all daily jobsite operations for commercial construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
- Maintain project documentation and daily logs.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
- Hands-on problem solver with a quality-focused mindset.
