Job description

Elite Personal Training and Fitness Solutions is currently interviewing for a full time personal training position at our Philadelphia Navy Yard office.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to have a full-time, financially stable and meaningful professional career working alongside a physical therapist to provide treatment/training to highly motivated clients.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an exercise-related field required [please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement].

• Personal training certification and clinical experience required.

• Strong working knowledge of anatomy and exercise biomechanics.

• First aid training and CPR certification.

• Flexible schedule is an absolute must for this position.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Impeccable customer service and client focus.

• Passionate about fitness and health.

• Physical ability to perform exercises for moderate periods of time.

• Experience delivering virtual training preferred.

• Strong desire for mentorship and learning new clinical skills

Expectations

• Prescribe, monitor, and progress clients exercise programs.

• Participate in the initial evaluations and conduct periodic re-evaluations.

• Develop and deliver client performance reports periodically to the clients.

• Detailed charting and record-keeping for each client

• Attend and fully participate in staff meetings, team training and other activities as needed.

• Strong work ethic with the desire to grow professionally.

• References will be checked.

• Background check and drug screening required.

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Salary: Negotiable and potential for $60,000 to $75,000 in total compensation package based on experience and additional skill sets that can be added to EPT.
