Job Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
- Lead subcontractor coordination and daily field operations.
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
- Enforce site safety programs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility requirements and infection control procedures.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.

The Successful Applicant
- Experienced Superintendent with healthcare construction project experience.
- Proven success managing occupied renovations and/or new healthcare facilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Client-facing professional capable of building strong relationships.
- Results-oriented leader with a commitment to safety and quality.
