We are looking for someone who is dependable and has a minimum of 2 years of work experience or 2-3 years of automotive education! If you have completed, or will soon be completing your schooling, we want to talk to you! Working at Pin Oak is incredibly rewarding. New hires fresh out of school with no tools get a $3000 tool starter set and an annual $500 personal tool allowance. Experienced hires with more than 3 years get a $1500 tool allowance in their first year with an annual $500 allowance per year after that.
