Our client is an established commercial construction firm specializing in delivering complex projects across multiple industry sectors. The organization provides comprehensive construction services and is seeking a Project Manager to support continued project growth and client demand.
Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
- Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and project plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Review project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure quality, safety, and project performance objectives are achieved.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support successful project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project controls.
- Effective communicator with strong client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Background working with subcontractors and field teams.
