BQC Foundry is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. We currently have multiple openings in our aluminum foundry and are seeking individuals who are looking for long term direct hire opportunities, that take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn.

Requirements

Current Open Positions:

Pick Out / Casting Production

• Remove aluminum castings from shaker and separate castings from sand.
• Inspect castings for visible defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general production duties as needed.

Molding Machine Operator

• Operate automatic molding machinery
• Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.

Furnace Tender

• Assist with melting and handling molten aluminum.
• Monitor furnace operations and temperatures.
• Support the pouring and casting process.
• Follow all required safety procedures when working around high-temperature equipment.

Grinder / Casting Finisher

• Grind, smooth, and finish aluminum castings.
• Remove excess metal and imperfections.
• Inspect finished castings to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate hand tools and grinding equipment safely.

General Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to follow company safety policies and work as part of a team.
