Director of MarketingIntegro

  • Not-remote
  • Full-time
  • $100K - $110K/yr
  • Salary
  • Lancaster, PA
Job Summary

First, what this role is not: it's not an internal marketing department. Our marketing division serves outside clients — it operates like a full-service marketing agency, with its own team, clients, and services, working as one deeply integrated part of Integro alongside our coaching and financial services teams.

The team is cohesive and talented, and the work is real and running. The structure around them is still taking shape — and that's the opportunity. There's real room to develop and grow this team, to shape what the department becomes and how it works, and to own where it goes. We're not looking for a maintainer to keep a finished machine humming. We're looking for a leader who sees a strong team with a lot of runway and wants to build.

Who this role is for

The right person sits at the intersection of three things. Most candidates bring one or two. This role needs all three.

  • Proven leadership. You've led teams, developed people, and owned the results. You set direction, hold a standard, and grow the people around you.

  • Marketing fluency and credibility. You don't need to be the hands-on expert in every channel. You do need to know marketing deeply enough to lead marketers well and to make its value plain to a business owner who isn't yet sold on it.

  • Sales competency. You're comfortable building relationships with business owners and guiding a deal from first conversation to close. This is consultative, trust-driven selling — not a boiler room, and you don't need to be a career salesperson. You do need a track record of closing business.

Responsibilities

Team leadership & vision

  • This is a high-level ownership seat: you define the department's vision, strategy, and trajectory, and you own the outcomes — including the department's financial health, margins, and growth.

  • Build the team. Take responsibility for performance and standards through steady mentorship and development, and shape the structure as the department grows.

  • Run the department's operating rhythm, from quarterly planning to weekly leadership sessions.

  • You won't do it alone: you'll lead alongside an operations lead who runs production and a department administrator who runs the back office, together forming the department's leadership team.

Sales & growth

  • Own the department's growth, and be personally in the sales seat — generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and closing. The pipeline is young, with real room to build, and nearly all new revenue runs through this seat.

  • Partner with the operations lead on time and scope, and with the administrator on pricing, so quotes are accurate and win.

  • Work directly with our internal marketing specialist to drive the department's own lead generation.

  • Represent the division at trade shows and networking events.

Client trust & advisory

  • Serve as the executive backstop for client relationships. Day-to-day account management is handled by the team — you stay connected, provide an executive touchpoint, and step in where your presence matters.

  • Talk marketing credibly with owners: translate strategy, budgets, and results into plain terms a business owner can act on.

  • Stay scrappy. This is a small, growing team — you'll fill gaps, jump into client work where needed, and push things forward yourself.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years in marketing, with range across branding, messaging, websites, SEO, paid media, budgets, and attribution.

  • 5+ years leading teams, with a track record of growing them.

  • Proven B2B sales experience — comfortable owning a relationship from first conversation to close.

  • You've been responsible for the financial performance of a team, department, or business.

  • Agency or marketing-services leadership experience.

  • Experience working with Plain-community businesses is a real advantage here.

  • Marketing experience with construction or the trades is helpful, but not required.

  • A degree is welcome, but we weigh experience, knowledge, and results far more heavily.

About Us

Integro 212 is a faith-based business consulting company built around one goal: helping other businesses grow. We began as a merger of several small companies that shared that dream, and today it lives under one roof across three areas — coaching, marketing, and financial services. Our faith shapes how we work: how we treat our people, how we serve our clients, and the care we take with owners who've trusted us with something they spent years building.

Who you'll be selling to
  • Owner-operators in construction, trades, solar, manufacturing, and ag — mostly $1.5M–$35M+ businesses, largely in and around Lancaster County.

  • A large portion of our clients today come from Plain (Amish and Mennonite) communities. Understanding and respectfully navigating that culture is part of the job.

  • This market runs on referrals and relationships, and many owners would rather meet at their shop than on a video call.

  • That client base is our foundation, not our ceiling. We expect to grow deeper in it and branch out beyond it — and you'll lead both.

What success looks like in year one
  • The department's margins are healthy and improving, and it's contributing meaningfully to Integro’s profitability.

  • A consistent, qualified pipeline is producing new clients you've personally brought in and closed.

  • The team's momentum carries straight through the leadership transition — client relationships hold strong, and individuals keep developing, with skills and expertise continuing to deepen across the team.

  • The client base is expanding, both deeper into our core market and into new verticals.

Benefits
  • PTO

  • Parental leave

  • Paid holidays

  • Flexible Education Perk

  • Eligible to participate in our 401 (k)

Note: At this time, our benefits are limited to those listed above. We are actively working to expand our offerings, but candidates who require a comprehensive benefits package may find this role is not the right fit right now.
