SEO & Digital PR SpecialistIntegro

We are seeking an SEO & Digital PR Specialist to own organic search for our marketing clients and help us build a Digital PR practice. Our marketing team works like an in-house agency, running marketing for a portfolio of small and mid-sized client companies. Search is changing quickly as AI answers and AI Overviews reshape how people find businesses, and we believe earned media, authoritative content, and brand mentions are where SEO is heading. We're open to hiring at the mid-level or senior level depending on experience.

SEO strategy and execution

• Build and run SEO strategies for multiple client accounts, from keyword research and competitive analysis through on-page optimization and reporting.

• Handle technical SEO: site audits, crawl and indexing issues, site speed, schema markup, redirects, and site architecture.

• Optimize client sites for AI search and answer engines (AEO/GEO) alongside traditional rankings.

• Track performance in Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools, and turn the data into clear recommendations for clients and our Marketing Client Partners.

• Local SEO management with Google Business Profile setup, optimization, and regular posting as well as local citation research and setup. 

Content and copywriting

• Write SEO-driven blog posts, website copy, landing pages, and meta content in each client's brand voice.

• Plan content calendars around keyword opportunities and client goals.

• Edit and optimize existing content to improve rankings and conversions.

Note: Human-written blog content. AI can be leveraged as a tool, but the majority of copywriting is expected to be done by hand. 

Digital PR

• Help design and launch Integro's Digital PR offering for clients.

• Develop newsworthy story angles, data-driven content, and expert commentary that earn coverage and quality backlinks.

• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and publishers, and pitch stories that land placements.

• Report on links, mentions, and coverage earned, and how they affect search visibility.

Paid media support (as experience allows)

• Support Google Ads or paid social campaigns when your background fits.

• Strong interpersonal skills with good judgment in group settings and professional interactions.

Able to hold your own in a Nerf gun battle!

Required

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally at an agency or managing several sites or clients at once.

• Proven results growing organic traffic, rankings, or leads, with examples you can walk us through.

• Strong writing skills across blogs and website copy (writing samples required).

• Working knowledge of technical SEO and comfort in a CMS like WebFlow; basic HTML is a plus.

• Experience with SEO tools such as Agency Analytics, UberSuggest, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Bright Local, and more. 

• Clear communication with clients and teammates, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management.

Nice to have

• Digital PR, link building, or media outreach experience, including placements you earned.

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms.

• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) and AI writing or research tools.

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management.

• Broader marketing experience such as email, social media, or campaign strategy.
