Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor – RN to join our Private Duty Nursing team in Harrisburg, PA. Our division primarily supports pediatric patients with complex medical needs, and this role provides clinical leadership and support to nurses, caregivers, patients, and families.

Pediatric or home care experience is preferred, but not required. We value strong clinical judgment, communication, compassion, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually

Additional earning opportunities include:

• On-Call Pay: Approximately $380/week before taxes, typically about one week per month. This is a flat rate regardless of whether you receive one call or multiple calls.

• 10% Quarterly Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to quality and key performance metrics.

• Mileage Reimbursement

• Phone Reimbursement

Estimated total annual earning potential: $92,500–$98,000+, before mileage and phone reimbursement. Actual bonus earnings may vary based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, mentor, and support nurses and caregivers

• Provide clinical guidance, education, and feedback

• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and clinical staff

• Oversee individualized plans of care from admission through discharge

• Conduct in-home supervisory and clinical visits

• Monitor patient needs, documentation, and quality of care

• Provide clinical support when needed

• Support CHAP accreditation, regulatory requirements, and patient safety

• Collaborate with branch leadership to address staffing and patient care needs

• Participate in an on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Current RN license in the applicable state

• Nursing Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree

• Clinical experience meeting applicable state and federal requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area

Preferred, but not required:

• Pediatric nursing experience

• Private Duty Nursing or home care experience

• Clinical leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience

• Experience with patients who have complex medical needs
