Community Nurse (LPN)Menno Haven

Full-Time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience

The Community Nurse will be responsible for supporting the health and well-being of Independent Living residents by addressing clinical needs, coordinating care, and providing guidance and education.

Qualifications:

• Current PA Practical Nursing License (LPN) in good standing, required
• Current CPR certification, required
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, required
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems, required
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude, required
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone, required

Shift:

• Full-time, Non-exempt
• 7am-330pm, Monday through Friday
• On call rotation, required
