Job Description

• Plan and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is performed to specifications.
• Maintain clear and effective communication among all project participants.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PM/Super should have:

• Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish, ideally up to the $30M range.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate teams effectively.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules while ensuring project goals are met.
• Problem-solving skills to handle challenges and conflicts during projects.
