Maitz Home Services, a growing leader in residential HVAC and Plumbing services, is expanding once again and seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warehouse Counter Specialist to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Counter Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting our service and installation teams, and ensuring the right materials are available when needed. This position combines warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing support, and light administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming deliveries
• Manage purchase orders and inventory records
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Process returns, reorders, and parts requests
• Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs
• Order parts and track inventory levels
• Pull and distribute materials for service vehicles and technicians
• Complete data entry and light administrative tasks
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds
• Basic computer and phone proficiency
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated work ethic
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

HVAC and/or plumbing parts knowledge is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
