Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly assistance.
• Help customers select gifts and merchandise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain organized, attractive, and seasonal product displays.
• Stock, replenish, and price merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with holiday and seasonal display setups, including Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous retail and merchandising experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow store policies.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and fun retail setting.
• Part-time position with shifts covering days, nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime.
• Typical retail hours: Mon-Sat 7am-7pm, Sun 9am-6pm.
