Our customer service team works with our existing customers to help answer questions about their coverage, offer solutions to potential risks, and help their lives go right. We offer flexible hours, a reduced weekly work schedule, and commissions in addition to salary pay and benefits. Starting annual salary before commissions is $40,000-$55,000 depending on experience and licensing. Commissions average between $0-$3000 monthly depending on sales.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Prior experience in a customer-facing or front-desk role is strongly preferred. Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions, comfortable learning and adapting to new office technologies and software systems as needed.

I’m also a former collegiate athlete and enjoy staying active through coaching youth sports.
