Oregon Right to Life’s Canvassers work at the lead and strategy of our political advocacy team to increase connection with voters in targeted legislative and local races in Oregon.Canvassers help materialize our voter contact program. They work together, speaking directly with voters door-to-door. Additional responsibilitiesWork with the political assistant, contacting voters to achieve statewide voter contact goalsSet individual goals for voter contact and self-motivate to meet themMaintain a positive and professional demeanor with voters and team membersMust have access to a smartphoneDesired QualificationsAvailable to work in Clatsop and Tillamook countiesDedication to pro-life valuesExperience working or volunteering on a campaignFamiliarity with the G Suite, Zoom, and other common digital toolsStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and work both independently and on a teamAbility to adapt quickly to accomplish changing goalsAbility to master new skills quicklyOpportunityYou may be a great candidate who doesn’t cover everything described above.
