Gentis Solutions is looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 95k/year - 110k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Wilmington, OH area.

Must Have

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience
• Proven PCBA design experience, including schematics, layouts, Gerbers, engineering drawings, and BOMs, preferably using Altium Designer
• Embedded software or firmware development and troubleshooting experience using C and C++
• Hands-on experience with DC motor controls and lithium battery applications
• Experience integrating motors, microcontrollers, sensors, wireless communications, displays, connectors, harnesses, and related electrical components
• Experience supporting product development from concept through commercialization, including testing, validation, and troubleshooting

Plusses

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• New Product Introduction experience
• SolidWorks or SolidWorks PDM experience
• Medical device or ISO 13485 experience
• Experience with FDA, ISO 14971, MDD 93/42/EEC, or MDR requirements
• Familiarity with IEC, UL, UN, CSA, CE, or EN electrical standards
