Job Description
- Support day-to-day construction activities on ground-up multifamily developments
- Track site progress, coordinate subcontractors, and help drive milestone completion
- Assist with framing, quality control, turnover, and final punch-list operations
- Maintain thorough project records, daily reports, and field documentation
- Partner with project leaders to identify issues early and implement practical solutions

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Background as an Assistant Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction
- Experience on framing, turnover, or closeout phases of a project
- Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
- Decision-maker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accurate paperwork and daily logs
