Job Description:

W.F. Hann & Sons is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Warrensville Heights, OH, location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify potential problems for all our clients.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain all Commercial HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule
• Ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and within company standards
• Troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems on-site
• Partner with clients to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
• Accurately document all work completed according to company policy
• Build and maintain client relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
• Follow all company and job site-specific safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned by your managers

The starting pay for this position is $30.00-40.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
