RN Pay: $35.80–$40.66/hour
LPN Pay: $31.21–$35.45/hour
Part-Time | Evening Shift | 8-Hour Shifts

Make a Difference Through Nursing

Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our Assisted Living team.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, support and supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents’ health, and build meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

What You’ll Do

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Complete assessments, vital signs, weights, and other routine monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered diagnostic tests.
• Document care and communicate changes with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Process orders, admissions, discharges, and required documentation.
• Help maintain adequate medications and supplies.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Ohio in good standing.
• Long-term care or experience working with older adults preferred.
• Strong assessment, observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants and other team members.
• Compassionate, professional, and positive approach.
• Genuine desire to build relationships and make a difference in the lives of older adults.
