Summary of Responsibilities

A Service Technicien will perform all required service and repair work for Braun, Demers, and Crestline ambulances (DBC) as a part of our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and our warranty statement; while maintaining the highest level of quality and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Also being conscious of the designated time standards and completion expectations.
Service work skills to include fabrication, welding, bodywork, paint, vehicle prep, vehicle assembly, cabinet assembly, electrical installation, troubleshooting, cleaning and inspection processes and anything additional required to exceed our customer’s needs and expectations.

Technical Skills & Competencies

High School diploma or equivalent
Technical aptitude; understanding of vehicles, electrical systems and mechanical devices
Completion of EVT/ASE Certification
$7.00/hr additional premium pay for qualified off-site service order and/or field repair work

Personality Traits & Core Skills

Strong verbal and communication skills
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn additional systems
Keep area clean and orderly

Successfully pass a post offer drug test, as well as random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug and alcohol test thereafter
