Are you a proven leader with a passion for warehouse operations and team development? Ohio Logistics is looking for a Senior Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire associates, and drive performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and safety metrics
• Ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment
• Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with WMS and inventory management systems
• Previous forklift experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
