Shift Lead - Mobile VetShot Vet

About the Role

ShotVet is looking for a dependable, organized individual to help keep our field teams and clinic operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Field Supervisor to coordinate schedules, organize supplies, prepare clinic materials, and keep weekly tasks on track.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, following through on tasks, and helping a team succeed. Training on our systems and processes will be provided.

Responsibilities

Send doctor schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
Update calendars, team routes, and weekend schedules.
Assist with inventory counts, supply bins, and distribution.
Print and prepare marketing materials for upcoming clinics.
Track reviews, documentation, and outstanding tasks.
Help coordinate vehicle maintenance and clinic readiness.
Assist with team onboarding and general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using computers, email, and calendars.
Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
A team player who is willing to learn and help where needed.
Previous administrative, customer service, scheduling, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.

This position offers hands-on experience in scheduling, logistics, inventory, and field operations, with opportunities to develop new skills and grow within ShotVet as opportunities become available.
