Job Summary
We currently need:
FT 1st (6 a.m.-2 p.m)
FT 2nd (2 p.m.-10 p.m)
PT 3rd (10 p.m.-6 a.m)
Wages are paid based on experience and are decided by the hiring manager during the interview. The sign-on bonus is $4,000 for PT and $8,000 for FT.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nursing Responsibilities include:
- Implementing a resident plan of care.
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
- Consulting with and validating data
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record
- Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
- Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
- Requirements of RN/LPN's: Nursing License required
