OHIO811 is looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to help keep our building, equipment, and operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in staying organized and proactive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not exclude other duties as assigned.

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on the building
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work
Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace (inside and out)
Respond to facility-related requests in a timely manner
Track and manage inventory of supplies and materials
Prepare, pack, and fulfill product/material orders for trade shows and events
Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities and inventory levels
Assist with setup/tear-down support for internal events as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

General knowledge of maintenance, repair, and workplace safety
Organizational skills and attention to detail—especially when managing inventory and fulfilling orders
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Comfortable lifting/moving equipment and working on your feet
Experience in facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or inventory control is a plus
