We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience (TLE). Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and early learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all students.
- Provide individualized attention to children, including those requiring early intervention or additional support.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
- Facilitate group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and cooperation among students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
