Toddler Teacher

The Learning Experience is looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team!
At TLE, “Happy Happens Here” is more than our motto. We create a nurturing, engaging environment where toddlers feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and FUN classroom environment
- Implement our L.E.A.P.® curriculum through age-appropriate play and hands-on learning
- Support developmental milestones, independence, and social-emotional growth
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Keep parents connected to their child’s day and accomplishments
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love for working with toddlers
- Patient, energetic, dependable, and team-oriented

High school diploma or GED required

6+ months of professional childcare experience required
- One year or more of experience preferred
- Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
- Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
