What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences aligned with the Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards with the help of Teaching Strategies Gold

• Foster curiosity, independence, and creativity through play-based and project-based learning

• Collaborate with families to strengthen the home-to-school connection and support each child’s growth

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment that meets DCY and Step Up To Quality standards

• Serve as a positive leader and mentor to teaching teams and students alike
