What You’ll Do:

•  Implement lesson plans aligned with Ohio’s Early Learning and Development Standards.

• Foster a classroom environment that is engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate.

• Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Creative Curriculum and support hands-on learning experiences.

• Maintain classroom organization and aesthetics that meet DCY and Gold Step Up to Quality standards.

• Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about each child’s progress.

What You Bring:

• A true passion for early childhood education and child-led learning.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Creativity, flexibility, and a heart for helping every child thrive.

• (Preferred) Experience in a Step Up To Quality-rated program or early education setting.
